Invitations
The university sends formal invitations for May Commencement exercises to students’ permanent addresses in March. Invitations for December Commencement Exercises are mailed in November. One of the best ways to make sure you receive all mailings is to complete your school’s application to graduate. If you or your family did not receive an invitation, please contact us.

- Visit information tables hosted by Commencement vendors, University Ceremonies and Commencement Services, and the Indiana University Alumni Association
Fall GradFair will be held October 16, 2013, for December Commencement in the Frangipani Room of the Indiana Memorial Union.
Note: Cap and gown orders are available only for the closest upcoming ceremony. Students intending to graduate in the spring may not order apparel in the fall. Any orders placed in the fall will not be carried over to the spring, and refunds will not be given. Likewise, December grads may not order caps and gowns in the spring.

For students interested buying their own regalia, custom apparel is available for purchase from Herff Jones.
